Processing Time : There are all handmade / hand poured items so they will need 1-3 days to process .

Shipping: From California to all US states only, depending on your state shipping will take 3-5 days .

Hair Extensions

Processing Time : Full Lace Wigs 4-7 Day Bundles & Frontals 2-3 days

Shipping: 2-4 Local, 4-7 Days

Total Shipping & Process 4-7 days (bundles)/ 8-14 days (full lace)

No Refunds on Cosmetics for sanitation purpose. If you do happen to receive the wrong item must be returned within 7 days unopened & unused to exchange.

No refunds on hair. If you happen to change your mind on which texture or length you want, store credit is available for unused , unopened & nwashed hair . If exchanging a frontal or full lace , Lace CANNOT be cut. Must exchange within 7-14 days of receiving the hair.
